The more proactive you are, the less repair work you'll have to do.
This week we are going to be talking about creating a fall wellness routine. Maybe you already have one and that works great for you! Awesome!
But maybe you’ve never had one before and are wondering what that could look like for you and your family. Will it be a lot of work to implement? Why do you even need one?
We will explore the answers to these questions this week, but I want to start by saying, the more proactive you are, the less reactive you have to be.
When you do the work to get your immune system supported now, your body won’t have to work quite as hard when all the “fall crud” hits. You know what I mean. It happens every year when the kids go back to school and the weather starts changing.
What if I told you that it doesn’t have to be as intense for you? What if you could kick the stuff that’s coming on within a day or two, versus the weeks it often takes a weak immune system?
What kind of life would you get back if you didn’t have to fight so hard to recover, but you could add a few quick steps each day to get stronger?
Let’s work hard at becoming proactive people this fall, instead of reactive people. And I’ll teach you how this week! 🙂
Blessings,
~Nikki
