Wednesdays are all about cleaning naturally around here! Today we are making a super easy DIY carpet deodorizer!
This recipe is seriously so simple and saves a ton of money too!
Fill a jar about 3/4 full of baking soda. Add 10-20 drops of your favorite essential oil to the baking soda. (My favorite oils for this are Purification and Lemongrass! I love that fresh, clean smell!) Put the lid on the jar and shake, shake, shake! Then sprinkle the powder on your carpet and vacuum as normal. Ta-da! You have fresh, clean smelling carpets again. (Safe for kids and pets to travel on.)
