The health and beauty world has come a long way. When I was younger we didn’t have a lot of the “natural” things, and if we did, they didn’t work well at all. Give us the magic hold hairsprays that probably gave us all asthma (haha!) and the colorful makeup. (Hey, it was the 90s!) But the older I get and the more research I do, the more I learn how much damage those products can do and I have sought out natural options. From hair products to nail polish, I have found a healthier, natural option and I couldn’t be happier! I will share more of that journey and the products I have found in the days/weeks to come, but for now, let’s get to the fourth giveaway!

You’ll see in the photo above that I have included a set of diffuser bracelets made from a beautiful woman from the Young Living foundation. (I will include the info card with it so you can read more!) Diffuser jewelry is so helpful because not only will you smell good to others, but you can utilize the oils somewhere on your person for a quick “sniff” when you need it! I have also included a diffuser nose ring! This is a clear ring that is very difficult to see when worn, but it packs a powerful punch! It comes already loaded with the AromaEase blend, but the cool thing about these is that you can put it back in the pouch when the smell has worn off and refresh it with whatever oil you like! (I love using these in the winter when the sinuses need some love. It’s so helpful!) I also included a stick of my FAVORITE lip balm ever–it’s the only one I buy anymore. I am a serious lip balm user and have one in every single station (purse, bathroom, desk, etc). This lip balm is so soft and hydrating. It’s great as an on-the-go boo boo stick, or skin soother if you happen to burn yourself on a hot pan. The uses are endless! It is 100% natural–no harsh chemicals at all! Finally, you will get a little packet of epsom salts and KidPower oil. Use this in your bath or even as a foot soak after a long day. It is such a calming smell and everybody needs the goodness of epsom salts! 🙂
